Lanhao Gasification Panel 

• Definition and Purpose: The gasification panel is a key component of gasification equipment, primarily used in ash silos, ash hoppers, and ash conveying pipelines for dust gasification. It serves as an auxiliary part of the main storage hopper. By connecting preheated gasification air, it fluidizes powdered materials, enhances material flowability, resolves material "bridging" or "arching" issues, prevents poor discharge or blockages, and ensures continuous, stable, and safe production operations.

 • Structure and Material: The gasification panel mainly consists of a silicon carbide gasification plate, a rubber sealing ring, and a metal housing. The permeable layer of the gasification plate is made of silicon carbide, while the housing is constructed from steel. Silicon carbide material offers sufficient strength, a smooth surface, and excellent permeability. 

• Features and Advantages: The gasification panel boasts excellent permeability and wear resistance. Its high porosity allows compressed air to evenly penetrate the material layer, keeping the material in a loose and fully fluidized state.
